Easton Utilities annual Customer Satisfaction Survey begins December 4, 2017. An independent, third-party survey firm will conduct the telephone surveys for utility and cable customers.
Easton Utilities customers may be called and asked to complete a series of questions by the firm. The firm will not ask for any confidential or personal information such as account numbers, addresses, or social security numbers. They will also not handle any payment issues.
This survey will provide an important benchmark for performance and help focus efforts on specific areas for improving customer satisfaction. If you are asked to participate, we appreciate your time and input.
