This person will be responsible for assisting customers with service questions, setting up new services, applying payments into billing system and representing EU to our customers in a positive and helpful manner.
Must be competent in office functions including use of Microsoft Office Suite, computer data entry and the ability to deal with the public in a composed, positive manner. Fluency in both Spanish and English preferred.
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service. Must be enthusiastic, have strong verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required.
