Supervisor of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity

Easton Utilities is seeking to fill the new position of Supervisor of IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.

 This person will be responsible for leading the network and computer infrastructure, IT helpdesk and cybersecurity efforts for Easton Utilities.  Responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations within the Infrastructure and Cybersecurity group and providing leadership and mentoring to members of the team.  The mandate of the Infrastructure and Cybersecurity group is to provide support for all computer-based systems including, but not limited to, telephony, network administration servers/domain controllers, billing systems, financial systems, email servers, firewalls, routers, switches, hubs, database servers, anti-virus software, copiers, and workstations.  The group is also charged with the responsibility for both the security of our internal networks and electronic business information as well as the access and video systems used to secure our physical facilities.  This includes the configuration and maintenance of our firewalls, compliance with PCI and NERC CIP requirements, the facilitation of a Disaster Recover Center and the maintenance of a failsafe backup system/process. 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience designing and administering TCP/IP computer networks and managing security for cyber assets in the utility industry.  Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft software and operating system, a four year degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.  Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or Microsoft MCSA/MCSE certification highly desirable.  Valid driver’s license required. This is a full time, exempt position.
