How long have you worked for Easton Utilities?

I have been employed by Easton Utilities for 1 year.

 

Describe your job history at EU.

I began my employment on June 17th, 2020, working as a Tech Support Technician. Daily duties include troubleshooting internet, cable and phone remotely from the offices. Troubleshooting is done usually over the phone, email or onsite.

 

What is your favorite part of your job and working for EU?

Collaborating with my colleagues and managers on technical support issues. Everyone within the organization is motivated and driven. I feel uplifted when everyone around you sets a high standard.

 

During your service with EU, is there one key moment that stands out as significant or unique?

Every time an email, phone call or text message that shows that a customer was thrilled always stands out to me. Knowing that a customer is grateful for the service always sits well with me.

 

What EU tradition is your favorite and why?

My favorite EU tradition is the Turkey Drop because the social interaction within everyone in the company. I have not been around that long to see other traditions, but it was an honor to be apart of a dedicated tradition.

 

How do you feel EU positively impacts the community?

EU impacts the community by always taking the extra mile to ensure needs are met and fulfilled. The hundreds of charities and communities that EUC has been associated with shows that they are willing to make a difference in the communities.

 

Describe your life outside of work.

Spending time with friends/family, playing video games (whenever I have the time to) and relaxing whether with movies or music.

 

Describe the members of your family and any pets.

I have 2 older brothers and 2 sisters (1 on the way!). No pets currently but options are open to a dog.

 

What plans do you have for the future?

To live out a successful career in Technology and make a difference doing so. I am looking forward to completing my education in Cybersecurity.

 

Anything else interesting you’d like to share?

I am very appreciative to be apart of the Easton Velocity team and I hope to continue to provide the best quality of service for all EUC customers. I am eager to see what is in store as I continue my progression. I want to thank everyone within the company that I work with daily and those that took a chance on me. I am eternally grateful.
