Easton Utilities Participates in National Night Out

Easton Utilities participated in Easton’s 11th annual National Night Out hosted by the Easton Police Department on August 1. The event is held nationally in an effort for law enforcement, community leaders and neighborhoods to take back the streets from crime and addiction. The event is designed to strengthen neighborhood spirit, police-community relations and to send a message to criminals that local neighborhoods are organized and are fighting back. For more information about The National Night Out, visit natw.org.

Officials Celebrate Sustainability at Solar Array Groundbreaking

It took creativity, innovation and teamwork to make the Easton Sustainability Campus what it is today and will be soon, officials said Wednesday, July 19, during a groundbreaking ceremony for one of the campus’ new aspects — a solar field. The Easton Sustainability Campus off North Dover Road is a “portfolio of renewable resources,” Easton Utilities President and CEO Hugh Grunden said.
